The Bay is a stunning development set within spectacular scenery overlooking Filey Bay. A rural setting with woodland and lakes with direct access to a Blue Flag status beach with views to Filey and Bempton. The Bay has already had an enormous uptake from people wishing to Buy to Enjoy and Buy to Let and many wish to do both.

Site Management

Essential Vivendi manage all of the site, services, gardens, roads, pathways, woods and pastures making your or your guests' stay as carefree and relaxed as possible. If you wish to rent your holiday home when you are not staying then Essential Vivendi would be delighted to assist and manage this for you. Should you wish to arrive late on an evening, simply call Essential Vivendi who will organise your shopping, clean your home, launder your linen or manage your keys. They are there to improve the quality of your stay.

Shopping

There will certainly be a convenience store and other shops but negotiations with franchisees have not been finalised, but they will be confirmed in due course.

Leisure

The Bay will also have a leisure complex called The Bay Spa with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, multi-gym, tennis court, bowling green and other leisure activities. As details are agreed, they will be posted and confirmed on this site.

Dining

Negotiations are currently under way to secure at least one quality restaurant and a modern bistro style café.
