...The Bay’s management has not been outsourced, it is the responsibility of Essential Vivendi, the developers. The Bay management team are there for you. From the moment you arrive to the moment we say good-bye. We don’t differentiate between owners or letting guests, all receive the same level of service.

We manage all of the site services, ensure the site is kept clean and take care of all the landscaping, planting, woods, pastures and lakes. We maintain the properties, clean the windows and clear away your refuse and when we are not doing all that we are there to help you, carrying the shopping or greeting your guests!!

Knowing your holiday home is safe and well managed is an important part of our service. If you let your property we can provide a full service, securing bookings, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a pleasant stay. And we clean your property afterwards, providing fresh linen and towels for the next guests. And don’t worry if you’re not able to get things ready for your own stay, we’ll do it all for you, including stocking the fridge.
