2. This competition is open to every adult (over 18) who takes a tour of The Bay Filey.
3. Free draw details deposited at The Bay Filey.
4. One entry per person, per visit.
5. All entries must be received by 5:00 pm on the last day of every month.
6. The prize is a two night stay at The Bay Filey, which can be taken at any available weekend throughout the year (Friday to Sunday inclusively).
7. The dinner for two will be restricted to a maximum of £100.00 for two diners.
8. Winning entries drawn the first day of the following month by the promoter.
9. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part, prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

11. By entering the free draw the entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms.
12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Essential Vivendi reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
