The Plymouth is a larger building of four one bedroom Solo apartments and two Plymouth two bedroom apartments. The two bedroom Plymouth incorporates an ensuite toilet and shower room, separate bathroom and toilet and an 'L' shaped open plan living, dining and kitchen area of 620sq feet. The one bedroom Solo has a living area of 440sq feet which also incorporates a fully fitted kitchen, built in wardrobes, full central heating, double glazing and a high level of insulation.
