Site Management at The Bay is handled by the developers Essential Vivendi who, as well as maintaining the gardens, roads, pathways, woods and pastures, also provide 24 hour security services. The private nature of this development makes it a safe haven for young and old alike.

The Bay Filey management team is there for you. From the moment you arrive to the moment we say good-bye. We don’t differentiate between owners or letting guests, all receive the same level of service.

We maintain the properties, clean the windows and clear away your refuse and when we are not doing all that we are there to help you, carrying the shopping or greeting your guests!

Knowing your holiday home is safe and well managed is an important part of our service. If you let your property we can provide a full service, securing bookings, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a pleasant stay. And we clean your property afterwards, providing fresh linen and towels for the next guests.
