The Caravel is a traditionally styled three bedroom detached holiday cottage with 996 sq ft of living space. On the ground floor you will find a generous 'L' shaped living, dining and kitchen area with a fully fitted kitchen, French doors and a log burning stove as well as a spacious reception hall with cloakroom and storage.

Upstairs the large landing area leads to a family bathroom and three double bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The Caravel comes equipped with photovoltaic solar panels which benefit from HM Government's feed-in tariff incentives and air source heat pumps to take advantage of renewable heat incentives, both of which are currently guaranteed for the next 25 years.
