The Brigg is a comfortable two bedroom detached holiday cottage with traditional styling and 821 sq ft of living space. On the ground floor the porch area leads to a generously proportioned hallway with cloakroom. The 'L' shaped living, dining and kitchen area has a fully fitted kitchen, French doors and a feature log burning stove.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom is tastefully completed with a roof light. The Brigg comes equipped with photovoltaic solar panels which benefit from HM Government's feed-in tariff incentives and air source heat pumps to take advantage of renewable heat incentives, both of which are currently guaranteed for the next 25 years.
