These stunning New England Style beach houses are expertly designed to make the most of the fabulous views at The Bay, Filey. The exterior of the Tahiti is finished in style with Marley cedral board, a feature porthole window and a natural slate roof. The interior boasts two double bedrooms, both with en suite facilities, a log burning stove and underfloor heating.

The layout features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with spectacular Oak king post truss to lounge and bi-fold doors. Both bedrooms have French doors all leading onto a decked area.

All of the beach houses at The Bay are built to very high standards and meet British Building Regulations using Structurally Insulated Panels certified by the BBA, energy efficient lighting systems, water saving devices and other energy saving products all achieving code 4/5 criteria of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
